Composer: Dhurjati (or Dhoorjati) (Telugu: ధూర్జటి) (15th and 16th centuries, CE) was a Telugu poet. He was born to Singamma and Narayana in Sri Kalahasti and was the grandson of Jakkayya. He was a great devotee of lord Shiva, also known as Kalahasteeshwara. O Lord! To keep this life in this body, I will not seek wealth from others. How can anyone who serves your feet need to seek help from others? You are the ultimate Kalpavriksha (the wish-fulfilling divine tree). Your benefaction is all I need.
